Interested in recording your own music or voiceovers?
Forge Ahead A/V Studios is open by appointment only.
Hours of Operation
Monday – Saturday: 10am – 7pm
Sunday: Noon – 5pm
The soundproof studio includes a Shure Dynamic microphone for singing or instrument recording and a Rode NT-A1 Large Diaphragm Condenser microphone for Voiceover recording needs.
The studio also uses Mixcraft 9.0 software for music production and Audio/Video recording and editing and Audacity 2.4.2 for voiceover recording. The interface is a Focusrite Scarlet 2i2. Headphones are available and recommended. A separate monitor is also available for sides or lyrics.
** If you want your voiceover sides or music lyrics on a separate monitor, please email those in advance and the studio engineer will have those up and ready for use before you arrive for your recording appointment.
The studio equipment, table and chair will be wiped down and sanitized prior to each studio session.
